At Aspire, we believe that proactive and regular client contact is essential for successful project delivery. We have therefore devised our own tried-and-tested project management processes that aim to result in a stress-free, seamless and timely installation for our customers.

Our Project Management team uses PRINCE2 methodology in order to ensure that we deliver on time, within budget and with minimum disruption to your business.

During project delivery you are assigned a dedicated Project Coordinator who is responsible for the smooth running of the project and who will be your main point of contact for the duration.

Your Project Coordinator will work closely with our in-house technical teams and with our business partners in order to ensure that all projects are handled with meticulous care and attention.

A detailed scope of works is agreed with you and regular project management meetings are scheduled to report on progress and to ensure that any potential issues are immediately discussed and satisfactorily concluded before they impact upon the project implementation.

On project completion, the original scope of works is revisited to check that the solution has been implemented and configured fully in accordance with the agreed specified requirements. Only then will the project be signed off and formally handed over to our internal Support team who will continue the relationship with you moving forward.
