Project Methodology
Aspire offer the agile methodology of delivery, known as SCRUM, allowing us to deliver those components of the highest value to your organisation first.
SCRUM is an agile software development framework, whereby work is structured in cycles of work called Sprints: iterations of work that are typically two to four weeks in duration. During each Sprint, your dedicated project team pulls from a prioritised list of business requirements, called User Stories, thereby ensuring that the features that are developed first are of the highest value to your organisation.
At the end of each Sprint, a potentially deployable product is delivered. This means that you can see a demo of any new functionality every two weeks which, in turn, provides your organisation with heightened confidence regarding the efficacy of the solution.
SCRUM benefits
- Customer satisfaction by rapid, continuous delivery of useful software
- Working software is delivered frequently (weeks rather than months)

- Continuous attention to technical excellence and good design
- Regular adaptation to changing circumstances – SCRUM is ideally suited to projects with rapidly changing or highly emergent requirements
Through SCRUM, we have delivered leading edge solutions below budget and within tight timescales.
