After a competitive tender process, Aspire was appointed to deliver its RealCARE support service which offers desktop and server support, regular system health checks, disaster recovery, backup monitoring and network support depending on business requirements.
Further to the RealCARE service, EDBS also turned to Aspire for an online backup solution in order to ensure that their business-critical data and that of all their clients located within The Novus Centre remains safe and secure at all times.
The online backup solution ensures that data is sent securely via the internet to Aspire’s ISO27001-accredited data centre facility in Sunderland where it is encrypted and stored. If the data is subsequently needed, a simple point and click operation will restore it quickly and easily, thereby ensuring minimum downtime for the customer.
Meanwhile, there is no need for end user intervention or technical assistance because the data backup is programmed to run automatically and monitored via a central management system.
