Aspire is thrilled to announce the appointment of Tom Howard as our new Chief Financial Officer.

In this newly created role, Tom will join our esteemed Board, where he will play a crucial role in directing Aspire’s financial strategy and contribute to our ongoing growth, through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

We are excited to welcome Tom to our team, given his extensive experience. As a seasoned executive, he has a remarkable track record as a commercial CFO, having worked in both SMEs and large corporations. Through his career journey Tom has honed a comprehensive skill set, encompassing a deep understanding of business strategy, finance, leadership, and developed a proven history of fostering growth and successful acquisitions. Notably, his background includes key roles such as director at PwC and, more recently, group managing director at the renowned marketing agency Reprise UK.

Tom will be working closely with our leadership team to further develop our finance function, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our strategic goals and aspirations. His expertise in driving growth and maximising financial performance will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in our journey towards sustained success in the industry.
