Chris founded Aspire in 2006 and leads our board of directors. Chris is also responsible for our technology strategy to ensure we continue to deliver the most innovative solutions to customers across the UK and beyond.
Tom Howard
Chief Financial Officer
Tom plays a key role in steering our financial strategy to ensure it aligns with our continued expansion and investment plans. With a strong background in mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth, his focus is on cultivating financial opportunities to drive innovation, value and customer success.
Tony Dougan
Chief Technology Officer
Tony is responsible for the overall technology and innovation strategy at Aspire, working with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to life. His goal is to infuse technology, innovative thinking and efficient practices at the very core of our operations, making it a fundamental driver of our success.
Ben Upton
Managing Director
Ben brings together our service delivery, solutions and service desk teams. By aligning the divisions, Ben helps to ensure our customers benefit from the right technologies to grow their business.
Lewis Clemmet
Sales and Marketing Director
Lewis heads up our sales and marketing divisions. He leads our national sales strategy, ensuring our products and solutions meet the ever-changing technology requirements of our customers.
Stuart Hall
Finance Director
Stuart is an ACA qualified accountant, he oversees our financial operations ensuring our processes are efficient to support our sustainable growth. He plays a vital role in safeguarding our financial health to ensure we can continue to expand and serve our customers effectively.
Steve Laverick
Technical Director
Steve leads our technical divisions and ensures technology is at the heart of our business. Steve leads the teams that are responsible for designing and delivering innovative IT solutions that drive our customers forward.

Cyber & InfoSec Director
Bob heads up our information security and operations divisions. He is responsible for Aspire’s information security portfolio, as well as driving continuous learning and development opportunities for our teams.
Zoe Bell
Head of People
Zoe leads our People team. She is responsible for driving and developing people-focused strategies to ensure that we recruit and retain the best talent. Zoe’s focus is on making sure that Aspire is a great place to work through employee wellness, personal development, equality, diversity and inclusion.
Nicola Mullen

Nicola leads our marketing team. She is responsible for our brand and all marketing and communication activity, enabling our customers to get to know our wide range of products and solutions.

Jon is responsible for our Service Delivery and Business Relationship Management teams. His focus is ensuring we are driving forward our continual improvement model for industry best practices, supporting service, experience and strategy to our customers.

Simon heads up our technology division. He is responsible for developing our cloud, business continuity and core infrastructure solutions. Simon and his team enable our customers to achieve their digital transformation goals.

Head of Carrier Operations
Stuart is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our wide range of fibre carrier partners. He oversees our connectivity delivery and heads up our provisioning department, ensuring our customers receive the best value pricing and service.
