Aspire Hosts the North East Sourcing Seminar

Hosted alongside the GSA UK (Global Sourcing Association), the North East Sourcing Seminar welcomed buyers, suppliers, and advisors from across the UK, offering a comprehensive exploration of the future of the sourcing industry.

With over 35 years of experience, the GSA has established itself as a trusted voice in the sourcing sector, and the invaluable partnership between Aspire and the GSA was demonstrated through the impactful event and fantastic feedback we received.

Great speakers, good flow to the event, well managed and handled by all involved. Very good for networking and social during the day and post-event – excellent will attend future events.

Our event which took place in March, featured engaging sessions on key themes driving the industry forward. Attendees had the opportunity to delve into topics such as Technology and Impact Sourcing, exploring innovative approaches aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and promoting sustainable growth.

Speakers explored current industry trends, including Sustainability, Digital Transformation, Procurement Reform, and more. Through insightful discussions and shared experiences, attendees gained valuable insights into proven strategies and lessons learned, empowering them to leverage technology effectively and drive organisational growth.

A very good balance of topics and speakers to cater for a pretty diverse range of attendees.

The collaborative nature of the event was evident throughout the day, as expert leaders and practitioners came together to exchange ideas, share experiences, and collaborate on effective strategies for the future of sourcing. From best practices shaping the industry’s future to guidance on navigating the evolving procurement landscape, attendees left the seminar equipped with valuable knowledge and practical insights to apply in their respective roles.
